I just recently started the gym. I need pre and post workout help.?

if ur trying to gain muscle, protein shakes, their is a few different kinds, such as whey and casien among a couple others, do a simple google search and u can see the differences, I believe casien is good after workouts.

Also, creatine is good for putting on muslce, preferably in its kre-alkalyn form.
