i just lost 5 pounds on carb cycling over about a week?

im 15 and 6'0 and weigh 146. i have been working out for 2-3 months and recently started carb cycling. Over about 1-2 weeks i have lost 5 pounds. Is this weight probably all fat or is there a little muscle lost too. Also is this weight loss normal? Btw i have been consuming at least 150g of protein a day and most of the carbs i get are in the form of veggies or oatmeal.
