I live in new york state
My first semester that i was going to be ahead.
I was going to get $1,400 Fall/1400 Spring via TAP
now after the new york state budget pass Im getting $212 each semester.
I looked it up and the new budget only says they reduced the max TAP from 5,000 to 4,000 and a $75 cut to all awards.
HOW AND WHY!? did I go from $1,400 to $212
