I just joined the gym, I am booked in to draw up a program for myself with a personal trainer next week. I want to see some results within 3 months, and I have never been someone that is into fitness. What I am worried about is that the personal trainer I spoke to said that I will need protein drinks and to get them online.
I want to be able to do this without protein drinks, I just want to alter my diet. There is a vast arrange of equipment there and they work on all the muscles that I want to build, will I be able to do this=( ????
