I just joined a fairly average gym, you know, to get in shape. i know how to use all of the equipment, What i need to know now is which machines to use, how long at each machine, and how many day a week to go. im kind of lost. please help. the cardio machines are my favorite, but what other types of machines should i use to get my dream body?
