I am 24 years old, 6"1 but very skinny. I want to get buff and have big muscles so I joined a gym but now I am scared to go because the jocks there will laugh at me. What should I do? I bought my creatine and protein shakes. I don't even know how to use the different machines or what the best workouts are for me. I want my arms and upper chest area to get alot bigger by this time next year. Any advice is appreciated.
