Im 15 and a half, and male. I just have some belly nfat, love handles, and some bum fat, thats it, not a lot, but , i want to put on muscle, and tone up. I have 2 weeks or so off because o chrismtas, so ill go every day in the morning. WHat are some motivation tips for going, and working out, and what are good workouts i can do, thatbuild muscle fast and make ke tone up, and what should i do? specific answerx pls, thx, u can luink workouts too
