I just got my wisdom teeth pulled out yesterday, could i ride my bike today?

Ive been swapping the gauze in my mouth out, and its still comes out stained with some blood...but nothing gushing.

would riding my bike be a bad idea this soon after?? as cardio activities would cause my heart to pump, and maybe influence bleeding?

anyone have any advice?
