I just got my iphone stolen can they get in your email?

i just got it stolen today and i cancelled the service so they cant make any calls.
can they still go through my emails and facebook? i changed my password for everything
how do i track it? i dont have mobile me or any of those anti theft retrievers

if delete my emails does it do it to my iphone even though i changed my password or can they still see everything?
