i just got my clown fish and they sometimes twitch and start to float on their side

and going to serface? i just got 2 clown fish the orange and white ones they keep pecking and twitching going on their sides and also to the surface they ate some but r still acting like they want to die i think they were in a bag of water at fish store for about 4 or 5 hours what can i do to make them stay alive
