Ok this is my first job (im 18) and im still VERY new to everything that i need to know to be a good sales man and someone who can help the average costumer with their problems. The store offers online training and im going to be doing that but on top of that what else do you recommend for me to do so i can keep my self updated on the latest technology. Also how can i learn more about the products in the store? you kinda get what im saying? thanks in advance
For example someone comes in saying "Ok i got a HDTV i need "this and that" so i can connect this to that and than i need an extender so i can connect it to this bla bla bla....how do i learn all that is it just a time process or do i need to take extra steps.
my main issue how do i learn about the different products in the store quicker. Because there is SO many things. so many wires.
