Holy Cow. They call Jesus "Issah" in Islam.
The name "Jesus" is more associated with Christianity. If those assumptions are kept in place, then shouting "Jesus" in Mecca would be seen as promoting Christianity in the Muslim holy city.
It's not a difficult analogy if you're not an over-analytical about it.
Now if I went to Mecca and shouted "Issah," it's a different story.
