i just got a toyota 4-runner from a dealership and the engine broke what can i do?

iwe have the suv for less then 6 months and the engine broke down i was wondering what can be done we are still paying for it when we got it the dealer showed up the car fax and it said that there was no problems with it and all now i checked it agian to see if it had changed and it showing 22 things wrong with it is there anything we can do, so was we just screwed? the suv was in my buddy care when it broke down
