I just got a Fido phone and i want to cancel the contract, will I be charged?

I just got a phone from Fido and my mom changed her mind about me having it.....it has only been 5 days since I have had it, does anyone know if I can still give it back and not be charged the early cancelation fee which is 20 bucks a month for 2 years?

It varies with different phones, usually there is a period of 7 days in which you can change your mind, similar thing happened with my brother when he decided he wanted a blackberry instead of his new phone... it was like 4 days after and we just called the company and canceled the contract...although we did have to pay for that months bill
