I just found out that I'm 22 weeks & I haven't had pre natal care, what can go wrong?

I've always had irregular periods and didn't have no symptoms of pregnancy but today I felt sick & found out that I'm pregnant..I go to the doctor next week so I'll find out everything then,,just wanted some input..Thank you
