I just found a bike, a gary fisher tassajara with a manitou magnum fork? is it worth

anything? someone in my area must have stolen this bike and ditched it under my neighbor's tree. i was raking their leaves when i came across it in their backyard. i asked if it was theirs and they said they had never seen it before. i took it out from under the pine tree and brought it nextdoor to my house to clean it off. it is a silver Gary Fisher tassajara with a manitou magnum fork, it has a whole bunch of custom parts from "wilderness trail bikes" and looks like somebody put alot of money into it. does anybody know anything about this model frame and other parts? and preferably how much the whole thing together is roughly worth? or is it just a hunk of crap? any information is greaattllyyy appreciated.
