I just fitted a Bell and Carlson synthetic stock to my model 7. it fit REALLY tight...?

But I was able to bolt it in with what i think was a lot of force. Do you think since it was such a tight fit I might have accuracy problems? And am I damaging my rifle or stock in any way?
