I just created a MySpace today, and I need help with the layout! Only ppl experienced

with HTML, answer plz!? Okay, so the original one is grey/blue. And I found a layout I liked from createblog.com So I copied the html code and edit it, I put the about me in the code, and then I pasted all of it into the about me section. (All I have is html now.) But when I saved it, and view my profile. Its still grey/blue/white. Except some screwed up parts on the bottom on my profile. Like the pro I wanted is purple & black. I saw the purple & black girl, but like it was glitched up or something. Did I paste it wrong or something?
 
1. The color is controlled with CSS not HTML. HTML is just content markup, not design/layout markup.
2. Cant help you without being able to look at the code.
 
That sounds like you might have left the other layout on.

Make sure to delete the old code before putting in another one.

& usually the profile preview isn't very accuarte just hit save and then view it.
