i borrowed my brothers car and crashed into the back of another car.
i found out that my brother has no insurance.
*i was at fault (i rammed up his backside)..
*the person was actually driving a company car.
*the accident was at low speeds but significant rear panel damage to his car is present (approx. $2000-3000?)...
* i gave him my contact details and drivers licence.
* no police were present and no report was made.
I have no idea what is going to happen from here. I've heard everything from, "his insurance will cover everything".... to "his insurance company will sue me personally for the damages"... and everything inbetween
I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice, or what i should expect!?
