I just can't figure out my complexion! Help?!?

Alright, so i've been trying to figure out what kind of complexion/season (or whatever you want to call it) i am. So, in the wintertime, my hair is this ashy blonde color, sort of like this: http://www.worldwidebeautystore.com/shopping/color-perm/clairol_easy_Nice_Hair_Color_Light_Ash_Blonde_102.jpg it might be a little bit darker than that, but still about that color. In the summer however, it gets a bit blonder because the sun lightens it up. It gets more along the lines of a light yellow-white color instead of gray. it looks like this: http://www.herbsgardenshealth.com/images/Hair_Colours/10A_Light_Ash_Blonde.jpg I also bleached my hair to a more yellow-ish blonde before, and it only made my face look more red than usual. Now, my skin is rather confusing. I know i have a pale conplexion, but i can't tell whether it's warm or cool. My arms and legs tan well, but my face only slightly tans, and still stays partially red. Also, i cannot tell what color my veins are. They're more like a green-blue, not one or the other. Also, my eyes are a blue-green. They are actually rather dark compared to most blue eyes. they look something like this: http://jodified.typepad.com/.a/6a00d8341ced1c53ef011570bef951970b-800wi but it is just a shade darker, and it's has just a hint of green in them. but they are mostly blue. Also, i look my best when i'm wearing darker, muted blues, i don't look really good in warm or vibrant colors. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance!
