i just bought somthing on e bay i won the bid .Now it said it was £5 delivery charge
and asked for my bank? details which i gave .Then i got an email from the seller saying that he is comming to my area today and if i round up the item to £20 instead of£18 i will save the delivery charge Dose that mean i pay him when he gets here or will he have been paid via my bank details hope this makes sense
