i just bought pre load creatine complex and the directions say on training days...

...use 1 to 2 scoops? 30-60 minutes before u workout and on non trainin days have 1 to 2 scoops in between the morning and afternoon meal. it says nothing about a loading phase but i want to b sure do yo have to have a loading phase for this creatine
