i just bought new games and then i broke my phone?

oh and i called on sat. so they can send me a new phone..when will it get here??..but how can i get all my info bak and ringtones and games without getting charged again when i get it???...plz help!!

oh nd my sim "fryed" ...can i still get info bak???
