i just bought an exercise bike. can someone help me make a schedule...?

like how long i should do it for each day and also add other exercises that could possibly help me
 
Just starting out, you should do it about 30 minutes 3 times a week. and after a month or so you can accumulate the minutes and days
 
10 minbike min easy pace and resistance warm up
30 situps
1min plank
50jumping jacks
20 pushups girl style is ok
20 min intervals of super fast with med resistance, to fast with high resistnace
30situps
50 jumping jacks
30pushups
20squats
1min plank
10 cool down on bike, slow with high resistnace
strech your quads when done
 
I would do it everyday for 30 minutes. You lose 200 calories. And that all adds up. If you have a treadmill, do that into addition for 15-30 more minutes. Then you'll burn about 400 calories.
