I just bought a used Envoy that's GM cerified, do I need to have it checked ?

by a mechanic ? It's GM certified, 2006, has 35000 miles, one user, looks almost like new, has one year bumper to bumper warranty and additional year factory warranty. What do you think guys?
I still have 5 days left if I want to return it back.
