I just bought a Samsung Solstice II?

I just bought a Samsung Solstice II and I want to add music on it, but every time I install the phone on to my computer, it can never seem to recognize the device when I plug in my USB for the phone. I have tried uninstalling it and re-installing the program but I cannot find it! and when i went on my device manager and checked the location it said the location of the program was: Port_#0004.Hub_#0002

Can someone please help me !
