I just bought a pocket bike. Can you help me with the laws? (read description)?

Its a x22 fighter super bike (look it up) and it has a VIN # and can be registered. 110cc, single cylinder, 4 stroke. I'm 16 and i was wondering if i can drive it in Atlanta on the road or at least sidewalks. 10 points. Thanks.

You definately can't ride it on sidewalks. Laws vary state to state but generally you will need a break light, headlight, and turn signals. If you have all this you can probalby register it.

Well, idk what it clasifies as, because the difinition of motorcycle vs scooter varries by state, but it appears to have all the requirements rto be registered.

Just goto the dmv, with the certificate of origin, the vin number and whatever ids you need, and get it registered, dont show them a picture of it, just tell them its a motorcycle you bought, or they may be stubborn about it.

Hopefuly, you will get plates and a registration card, if your register it as a motorcycles, you will probibly have to have insurance, try to register it as a moped instead, not all states require insurance for mopeds
