I just bought a Microsoft LifeChat ZX-6000 Wireless USB Headset and it doesn't work?

I installed the driver, i plugged the receiver in, i charged the headset for 4 hours like it said to, turned on the headset, and all it does is the 4 lights just keep flashing, i tried using in for a video chat on MSN but it doesn't work... any ideas of what it could be wrong? again, its the Microsoft LifeChat ZX-6000 Wireless PC USB Headset
