...noises help plz? i think the source of it is somewhere from the front, it was already fixed when i bought it, besides taking it back to the shop i got it from to fix the problem can anyone tell me how to fix this myself or what the problem may be.

21 speed 26inch bike

thank you very much for your help.

Hmmm it could be the wheel is bent and the tire is rubbing on the forks.
A bent wheel can also hit the brake pads causing noise.
The last thing is the brake pads are misaligned and are hitting the wheel even if it is straight.

In any case if you got it from a bike shop they should fix it for you.
As for fixing it your self I need you to tell me what is causing the noise.

Email me at [email protected] for help.

21 speed 26" wheel not bike ill assume...that would be a pretty big bike! NEVER use WD-40 or anything like it on a bike! Sounds to me like you need to take it back to the source...without knowing wheather or not you have disc brakes or caliper then it is hard to say really.
