way to tell...? I just bought a 2003 Chevy impala, previously owned by the NY State police. All four windows plus the back are tinted pretty dark. I live in CT and the legal limit is no higher then 35%. Can anyone tell me how i can figure out (without having to pay fees at a shop) if my tint is legal. Thanks
