get fat? Will I be okay? I generally eat real healthy and I'm very tall and slim 22 year old guy. I'm 6'3 and 152 pounds. I feel guilty because I just had 6 little debbie nutty buddy bars, and I know that had to have been alot of calories and fat and things I took in. I also had a cup of whole milk which is fattening as well to go along with it. Will I be okay from all that? Will I gain anything?
