eliptical an hour a day, burning? 600 calories a day and i have not lost a pound. i am the same weight as when I started 5'3 and 155 pounds. I am 33 years old and female. I eat raisin bran with skim milk and coffee with skim milk for breakfast. For lunch I eat a trukey sandwich on wheat, with a small toseed salad, and some baked lays chips. Dinner is 4 oz chicken or fish, vegetables, and salad. Fruit or frozen yogurt at 8pm. what am i doing wrong??
