I am so so frustarted? I am a 33 yr old female, I weigh 150 pounds and am 5'3. I exerciser about a hour of cardio a day, burning an average of 500 calories a day. As far as my diet I try to eat relatively healthy, i do mess up on occasion, but most days I do ok. i eat about 1500 calories a day, drink lots of water, and make sure no meal contains More than 8 grams of fat.Is this slow weight loss normal? I was thinking of starting the special k diet for a week to jump start my weight loss. Is this a good idea? Please please no acai berry info, I am not interested in that crap, sorry.
