i hvnt pakistani chat rooms in my yahoo messenger, how can i get them?

When i clikc join room option, i cant see Pakistan other than other countries to enter in Pakistani Chat room. How can i add this in my yahoo messenger. We have list of some other countries but not pakistani. Plz help me
