With all the HD channels, when they will add TVA, TQS and RDS HD, I will not watch any SD channel anymore, It would be great if I could Subscribe to a "HD Only" for about the price of the Basic package, of less.

What do you think about that ?
 
I don't belive they will has French channels are right now free...you don't need the HD value pack to get them, you just need to suscribe to the theme in SD which carries that channels and automatically you will get the HD version of that channel

As for English suscribers...maybe, but not in the near future taught!
