I hooked up with a random and two days later i feel im getting really sick?

I never usually get sick maybe one time a year, but my throat is feeling really sore and i got a bad headache and stomache pains, should i see a doctor or would i tjust probabl be the flu? its just suddenly came on today and i feel like crap
