I honestly can't decide between these phones

Droid X or Samsung Fascinate. I NE2 credit of $50 isn't due until March of 2011 but I am so sick of my env3 I just want to upgrade now (it'll be $199). I know Verizon is getting its 4G network soon but how soon will it be in Cleveland? I know all the specs/facts about the two phones but I honestly can't make up my mind. Im leaning towards just waiting until March and maybe there will be a 4G device out by then? What's your advice? Should I just wait??
 
I think you should go with the droid X if you wait around you will always find another new better device you want to wait for. 3g its fast enough to stream movies and for internet, 4g would just drain your battery faster for just a small luxury and I'm sure verizon data prices would go up if they release 4g. as Far as facinate I read alot of bad things about it so just go with the droid x in my opinion.
