The weird thing is, there's no bump that I can feel and it almost doesn't hurt at all, there's just a little ache all over the cranium (especially behind my eyes). By the time I got back to the top of the hill, I felt fine. No nausea. I didn't pass out that I know of, I lay still for a few seconds trying to figure out if I was okay and my head throbbed a little while I was on the ground, but after I stood up I felt like I'd never fallen. My shoulder hurts, but I think I twisted my arm when I somersaulted. At this point, I don't even remember where on my head I hit it.
Do I have a concussion? It's about 11pm (23:00) where I am and I'd love to go to sleep. Hit my head around 6:30pm (18:30). Can I sleep?
I'm not dizzy, and the headache is barely an ache. I might actually be imagining it just because I'm so focused on my head right now. I drove myself home and was fine.
