I hit a parked car yesterday and left. I feel so guilty. What should I do?

I hit a parked car yesterday and scratched the rear bumper. The car was quite scratched up already. I didn't know what to do, so I left the scene. No one saw what I did. The person who owns the car works in the parking lot where I hit the car, so I can definitely find the person. I fell so so so guilty for what I did and want to make amends. What should I do?
