Im 19 years old and just started driving a month ago. Today I hit the car next to me while trying to turn out of the space. I left a note saying that I was really sorry, offered to fix the scraches and I left my name and number. I don't really want to tell my parents or get the insurance company involved. I feel really stupid for doing it. Should I tell my parents and contact my insurance? Or should I just wait to see if the person calls and see if they will let me pay for the damages? I would have looked for the person but it was in the back of the parking lot and I didn't know what store they would have been in. I feel really bad and Im not sure what I should do.
