I hit a deer with my car and I need help.?

Lets say I have a deer in my basement that I hit with my car. Now, no one knows about what happened because I hit the "deer" with my truck which has a grate on the front. If I wanted to get rid of the carcass should I buy lime or just chop it up and throw out the trash. No one is allowed in the basement until I figure this out.
 
well myself would have just cut it up and added it to freezer along with rest and fed my family and dogs so depends on how warm your basement is and when you did it if meat is good eat it
