I hired a lawyer 6 months ago to file a child support case for me.I paid him a 1200.00 retainer and I can;t get him to call me back,respond to my messages ,or anything.The few times we have spoke he assures me that he;ll file my case that week but hasnt yet.I should be getting 700.00 a month for my 2 children,yet because of my lawyer I'm getting nothing.I cant afford another lawyer or retainer -I'm stuck...please help...
