I hiked and hiked for 20 miles in two days with my brand new hiking backpack and no

deodorant or showers.? So now that the straps of the backpack and my armpits had an intimate relationship during the time i was hiking, my backpack straps smell so incredibly stinky!

My question is, how do i clean it and get the smell out of the straps? I dont think febreeze is nearly strong enough to say poof begone!

This is a big backpack with metal in the back part and stuff.

try an alternative that has a stronger overwelming smell to it...like bleach for example...it is probably the padding on the inside that smells...if it is i think u need a new backpack ..thats all i have for advice!
