I HIGHLY DOUBT anyone can find a phone with all these features

- voice recording capability -- must be able to store A LOT of data (i.e: until the memory card fills up) as in one hour or more at high quality.
- iCal support and a calendar that can do recurring events, alarms, etc. with as many features as possible.
- Camera should be at least 2MP.

those are my bare minimums and i haven't yet been able to find a phone like this.

Any Mac-specific support make things hard.
Most of the phones already have MS Outlook contacts, calendar, reminders, tasks and etc synchronization support to do what you want.
 
that like every smartphone with a 2mp camera or better just find a wm or a s60 software that does good voice recording. fyi pretty much every htc phone has voice notes but no notepad =(
