I hibernate my computer, but Windows Media Center starts it up again to download

the TV Guide...HELP!?!? I hibernate my laptop, but it magically starts up again because I have a TV Tuner installed in Windows Media Center, so it starts up periodically to download and update the TV Guide and doesn't hibernate back. Is there a way to remedy this? I don't mind uninstalling my TV Tuner or something, just as long as when I hibernate my computer, it stays hibernated and won't start back up to download the TV Guide.
