i heard waiting time for F4 category is 2 years,but my case is already in progress.?

now according to the new development that F3 and F4 categories will be put onto loong waiting times but i have already paid the fees and also submitted the DS 230 form a month back..will the consulate still keep my case waiting for two years?or my case will go on normally?
this is very urgent for me..pliz give me information abt this
