what if he was insecure about his appearance from the beginning..does that count as a sign ? like 3 days after being with someone(in a relationship) he started opening up and telling me he thinks hes too skinny and he wants to start working out soon to gain weight and muscle..he will also comment on his hair and how he is thinking of changing the style.is that normal or a sign that he could already be cheating/straying ?
i heard that when a guy cheats he starts to care about his physical appearance more?
