...my weight. i feel demotivated.? please help. by the way i am not eating any sugary or oily foods.and i feel tired after the gym. i have taken multivitamins and fruit juices but to no avail. i work in the gym for 45 minutes but cant do any cardio due to weakness. i also get dark circles on my eyes.
 
Cardio is the fastest and easiest way to lose weight..remember weighing urself on scales may not reflect how u have changed because muscle weighs more than fat so u could be losing the inches but gaining weight... go on how ur look changes not the actual weight..
you wont see a difference in only 10 days anyway.. take a picture of yourself now and measure urself.. then in 3 months do it again ull see a massive difference.
