I have Wireless internet with Charter Communications and it is extremely slow now?

I have charter communications wireless internet and about 3 weeks ago my internet was super fast. When i did a speed test, my results were:
Ping: 31ms
Download Speed: 0.49 Mbps
Upload Speed: 0.16 Mbps

my results before were:

Download Speed: 14.54 Mbps
Upload Speed: 1.74 Mbps

11 minute youtube videos used to load all the way in 1 minute while now it takes about 25-30 minutes and it freezes every 5 seconds. It is really getting annoying so if there is a way to solve this problem someone PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
