I have Windows Fax and Scan, but the only formats for saving scanned document...

...files are jpg,tiff,png, and bmp.? I need to save scanned documents in docx format but Microsoft Word 2007 can't convert from jpg, tif, png, or bmp to docx. Any suggestions?
